Refund policy
RETURNS
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of any items that have been damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped. Should any product or artwork be lost or damaged from such, please contact us.
Each original artwork is 100% handmade, including the wood panels. As a result, expect imperfections; this is what makes each piece unique! No original can be recreated.
Color in actual item may appear slightly different than what is viewed on your computer screen. We do our best to match what you see to online to the originals, but it is difficult for us to compensate for everyone's personal computer settings, reflections from photographs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
As all items are FINAL SALE. We unfortunately are unable to accept order cancellations or exchanges at this time.
